We sell FACTORY DIRECT with FREE SHIPPING ON MARKED ACCESSORIES with the purchase of a dog kennel.  In the Continental U.S. 48 States with exceptions as noted below.
Customers are REQUIRED to sign for all freight shipments. If in the event that your kennel appears to have been damaged in transit, please note this on the shipping receipt, and tell the driver.  If the kennel is damaged beyond proper use; please refuse the shipment. Damage incurred during shipping is not our responsibility and we MUST charge the shipping company for the repairs. If you do not note the damage we cannot charge them for needed repairs. In the event you sign for the delivery in good condition and then find out it is damaged, you the receiver will then be responsible for filling a claim against the shipping company and any follow ups that are required. All kennels are banded together with steel banding to insure that your kennel is not damaged during shipment. Due to the size of the kennels, (96" or 72" x 72") these must ship by Motor Freight (18 Wheeler, Semi Truck Delivery)
Large orders are shipped by Motor Freight (18 Wheeler, Semi Truck Delivery) on bulk skid packaging for easy handling via forklift for warehousing.
Our normal delivery includes liftgate service and we can accommodate reasonable special delivery requests.
All returns will be made at the customers expense. All returns are subject to pay all delivery costs associated with return of the dog kennel plus a 15% restocking fee; except in cases where the dog kennel has been damaged beyond use in shipping and the damage has been noted on the shipping receipt.  All custom ordered dog kennels with customer specified sized panels are non-returnable.

Please note that accessories cannot be returned as we don't charge shipping on those items.  If a customer must return an accessory they would be responsible for paying the cost of shipping to return said item.
